Arrival and stay notes
Everything below is worth reading once before you travel. If something is missing, write to us and we will answer with the detail your booking needs.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in runs from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can be ready for you. There is no age restriction for check-in. Private and express check-in and check-out are available, and baggage storage means an early arrival or late departure need not interrupt your day.
Parking and transport
Public parking is available nearby. Reservation is required and the cost is €8 per day. Accessible parking is available. An airport shuttle and a general shuttle service can be arranged for an additional charge, so please request these in advance.
Pool season
The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 1 to October 1. Outside this period the private pebble beach and the sun terrace above the bay stay available, so swimming in the sea and lying out in the sun remain part of the day. If you book just before or after these dates, tell us when you are coming and we will confirm whether the pool is open during your stay.
House rules
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. Cash is an accepted payment method. Children over 1 are welcome, and children aged 13 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability and accommodation-specific conditions, confirmed during reservation.
Access and services
The hotel has an elevator, with upper floors reachable by lift, and a wheelchair-accessible unit. Family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available, and room service is offered during service hours. Laundry and ironing service are available for an additional charge.
Safety
The property has fire extinguishers, key access, a safe, and CCTV in common areas and outside the building. The seasonal outdoor pool is reserved for adults.
Getting here
The route to the door
Most guests arrive through Tivat or Dubrovnik, both within a comfortable drive of Igalo along the coast road. From either direction the last stretch runs beside the water, past the promenade, and the hotel sits on the quieter side of it at 143 Luke Vukalovića.
Public parking nearby requires a reservation and costs €8 per day, so it helps to arrange it with us rather than looking for a space on arrival. Airport and general shuttle transfers can be booked for an additional charge if you would rather not drive at all.
